A cheeky alternative to the classic pork belly, these Sweet & Sour Pork Jowl Bites are a unique dish for your next cooking adventure.

What You Need
- 2-3 packs Drake Meats Pork Jowls (can substitute pork belly)
- 6 Jalapeno Peppers
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Butter
Preparation
- Cut Drake Pork Jowls into 1″ squares
- Place cubes into an aluminum pan
- Slice Jalapenos (leave in membrane and seeds for a spicier experience)
- Coat Jowls and Peppers with brown sugar and drizzle of honey
- Slice up butter and scatter around pan
- Cover pan with foil and place in preheated oven at 250 degrees
- Cook for 1.5-2 hours or until fat on jowls renders and sugars are caramelized
