What You’ll Need:

1 head cauliflower

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

2 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

1 tsp hot sauce
-
4 strips of Drake maple bacon
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 450°F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until there are no clumps.
- Break off florets from the cauliflower head that measure about 1 1/2 inches wide. Add the cauliflower to the batter and mix together until each piece is fully coated.

Spread the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet making sure to not have any pieces touching each other.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook.

Cut the Drake bacon strips into small pieces and fully cook them in a pan.
- Once cooked, put the bacon and cauliflower in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ranch dressing and hot sauce, then add the sauce to the bacon and cauliflower and toss/mix it until nicely coated, enjoy!
