What You’ll Need:
- 1 pack 375g Drake Maple Bacon
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Line large baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out bacon strips
- Brush tops of bacon with maple syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Flip and brush with remaining maple syrup, sprinkle with remaining brown sugar
- Cook for another 10 minutes or until desired crispness is reached
*In the rare case where you don’t eat it all right away, it can be stored in the fridge overnight!
