Nothing quite brings the family together like a warm, home-cooked meal at Christmas time, and we’ve got a glaze to make that time even sweeter. This Slow-Cooker Maple-Glazed Ham is sure to sweeten the pot at your next gathering.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 Drake Boneless or Country Style Ham
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dijon
- 1/4 cup honey
Preparation:
- Whisk wet ingredients into small mixing bowl until blended
- Make a number of shallow cuts on the top of the ham, about 1″ apart and no more than 1/4″ deep
- Place ham into slow-cooker and pour glaze overtop
- Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165F
- Remove from heat and cover with foil for 15 minutes
- Carve; pour extra glaze from slow-cooker over-top of sliced ham and serve
